Shipping and Delivery
Ebooks – Ebooks are delivered through the BookFunnel app. Shortly after you purchase, you’ll get an email from BookFunnel with a link to your book. Just click it, choose your device, and they’ll help you get it on your e-reader right away!
Paperbacks – your book is printed on demand. When you place an order, a new copy is printed just for you by our publishing partners, from the printer closest to you. This eco-friendly process means the book is never out of stock and ships directly to your door. It also means I can offer Free Delivery for all unsigned paperbacks!
Signed Paperbacks, Totes and Cards – All physical items are shipped through Canada Post for a flat fee. Please note – only shipments within Canada qualify for this flat rate. If you wish to send items to another country, please contact us and we’ll discuss how best we can meet your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
Ebooks – No return or exchange on ebooks. If you’ve done something silly like ordering the same book twice (don’t laugh, I’ve done this), of course we’ll cancel one of the copies. Contact us to discuss.
Signed Paperbacks, Totes and Cards – No return or exchange offered except under exceptional circumstances. If you have any issues or feedback, please contact us.

How do I receive my ebooks?
Shortly after purchase, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel that your purchased ebook has been added to your library. There is no time limit – i’ve set it upso the add should be automatic. Follow that link and instructions to read your book. Happy reading!
Can I have my tote personalized?
Yes. Maybe. We can stencil your choice of words/ fonts into the blank spaces, for an extra cost. An image however, will most likely require us to create a new screen. Expensive for you, but it can be done. Contact us to discuss.
Do you sell wholesale/ consignment?

I prefer paperbacks! If you’re not shipping signed paperbacks to countries other than Canada, how can I buy them?
The link to purchase paperbacks from Amazon/ Barnes& Noble/ other distributors should be on each product page. You can purchase a signed Bookplate from the site, contact me to discuss shipping to your country.
