REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after download of your goods. For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
For all other refunds, please email me at Liz@LizGraham.ca within 10 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject “returns” and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If item is damaged, I’ll refund your money or resend your goods, whichever you prefer.
