When you purchase goods from our site LizGraham.ca, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Digital goods (Ebooks and AudioBooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- Merchandise is delivered through Printify or Printful within three days of ordering. You will receive an email for tracking.
- Some items – cards and bookplates, are shipped directly by me through letter mail from Canada.
- Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault or similar printer. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you. Average shipping times:
- To USA: 7 to 9 working days
- To Canada: 7 to 9 days
- To UK: 2 to 5 working days
- To Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- To Australia: Varies
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
Please note – as print books are printed and shipped by BookVault, I’m unable to sign them. However, for every paperback sold through this shop I will personally sign and send a bookplate to the shipping address. And maybe a book mark or postcard too, depending what I have on hand at the time.
